- We offer a 50% discount for all police officers, and significant discount for all veterans with proper D.D. Form 214 papers.

- FEES - MUNICIPAL COURT: Municipal Court cases require a fee of $500 to $800 depending on the offense charged. DUI/DWI charges range from $1,500 to $2,500 depending on prior offenses. PCR hearings are $1,500, and MVC Hearings are $400. All cases in Municipal Court that go to trial (not plea-bargained, and having a trial by calling witnesses to testify to determine innocence or guilt) require an additional $800 fee, regardless of the type of case.
- FEES - SUPERIOR COURT: Superior Court (felony) cases require a fee of $2,500 to $5,000 depending on the offense charged, where along the criminal justice procedure the case is at upon being retained, and the existence of any prior criminal record. Generally, cases that have not been indicted and/or the lack of a prior criminal record, require a lower legal fee than cases that have been indicted and/or involve a client who has a prior criminal record. Expungements are $1,200 plus the cost of postage. All cases in Superior Court that go to trial (not plea-bargained, and having a trial by calling witnesses to testify to determine innocence or guilt) require a fee of $1,500 per diem, regardless of the type of case.
- All fees are to be paid in advance. Payment plans are accepted only in extraordinary circumstances, after review by the firm. All clients are expected to fulfill their contractual obligations promptly if any payment plan is accepted.
